All orders qualify for completely free UK mainland delivery*

Made-to-measure curtains and other large items may require extended delivery times. Please check individual product pages for specific timelines.

Real-time SMS and email updates on your delivery progress – no need to wait at home.

​​Delivery Hours​​: Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm.
​​Unattended Delivery​​: Packages may be left in a secure location or with a neighbour (signature required in some cases).
​​Address Issues​​: We will contact you if delivery to your provided address encounters difficulties.
​​Geographic Restrictions​​: Excludes Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, and mainland Europe.
​​Product-Specific Exclusions​​: Some items cannot be delivered to Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, or other remote areas. Check product pages for details.

​​Scottish Islands​​: HS1-9, IV40-51, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, ZE1-3, etc.
​​Northern Ireland (BT)​​ and ​​Isles of Scilly (ZE)​​.
Bank holiday deliveries will be processed on the next working day.
